Improved Federal Enforcement Needed to Better Protect Students’ Rights to Testing Accommodations

Last November, the GAO released a report detailing a study it conducted on the provision of testing accommodations to persons with  disabilities in higher education taking standardized exams. You can read a summary of the report here .

A brain surgery survivor is seeking equal access on the LSAT
